I’m ready to start building my prototype low F whistle, but the ‘Flutomat’ calculator requires the desired hole sizes in order to perform the necessary calulations.
I don’t currently have a low F to take measurements from, so I would greatly appreciate it if someone would take a few minutes and measure theirs for me.

I thought there were a bunch of people with low F whistles around…seems like someone even mentioned an all F session (up north maybe?).
I’ve been thinking about getting a low F…maybe a Grinter or Overton…haven’t heard much about Copelands/Abells in this key.

Thanks Michael, that will take a lot of the guesswork out of the process of drilling the finger holes.
So far, so good with the prototype Copperhead low F.
I’m hoping that I will be able to branch out into a complete line of whistles, whch I will do if this project is a success.
