Has anyone taken a workshop from Louise Mulcahy? I see that she’s teaching at Augusta this year. Worth the trip from Texas?

Louise is from a very musical family from Abbyfeale, Limerick. She is also a very fine uilleann piper.
If you can’t go to Ireland this summer, you can do a lot worse than go to Augusta and spend a week playing flutes with Louise.
I’ve heard her playing on the Mulcahy Family CD. I think her flute playing is awesome. Buy the album and check out her solo track(s) for yourself.

The Louise Mulcahy that I know, won the all Ireland Senior flute, pipes and whistle competition a few years back (all 3 in the same year!) and is a CCE certified Irish Traditional Music Teacher. Her photo is on the Uimhir 3 2002 issure of the CCE Treoir Magazine by the way.
Thanks for all the replies. I’m considering going to Augusta this summer since I haven’t been there yet. If I can get a few weeks unpaid leave from work, which my deep-fried brain needs right now, I’d like to go to East Durham also.
