Hello! 
I am a whistle player near Portland, Oregon, and I am ready to enter the world of Uilleann pipes. Currently I am looking for a good practice set, but once I find one, I would like to find pipers in the area who would be interested in teaching me how to play. I am very committed to the music and am ready to make the commitment to learn the pipes. Thanks so much!
