Behind Peggy Seeger I think it’s Davy Graham, and behind Davy it could well be a young Bert Jansch? Behind Bert it looks like Pete Seeger’s forehead and five string banjo there sticking up to the side. To the left of the sleeping Ewan McColl is Ian Parr, singer, & to the right of Seamus is Fitzroy Coleman, calypso singer & guitarist from Trinidad.
i’m not sure about this ian parr - the man with goatee next to maccoll looks an awful lot like like this guy:

Yes, you’re right John, it’s Charles Parker, not Ian Parr, my mistake. I’m not 100% sure it is Bert Jansch behind Davy Graham, but it looks to be him.
