LOF's Bb pipes

I’ve been listening to Liam O’Flynn’s CD, the Given Note (1995). The first track is O’Farrell’s and LOF plays it on a set in Bb. In the liner notes, LOF thanks Mick O’Brien and Alain Froment. I wounder if LOF borrowed MOB’s Froment Bb set for this recording? I presume Alain Froment didn’t make many Bb sets.

He probably borrowed it for the recording. I do remember his own B as playing south of B :

the arrangement for O’Farrell’s on that recording is beautiful, it has that great band he worked with in the mid 90s - even the didgeridoo sounds good

Steve Cooney on digeridoo as far as I remember. Great guitarist as well.

mick’s Wikipedia page says he owns 3 flat sets made by froment.
