For anyone interested in the fiddle player Liz Carrolls music she has a site at Liz Carroll There are some of her own tunes in notation and RealAudio sound files… One that I particularly like is ‘Lament of the 1st Generation’ which plays really nicely on the whistle, especially accompanying her sound file. Most of the tunes go a bit below the lowest note of the whistle but they can be adapted.
