You have to already have a livejournal account. If you would like one, you need a creation code from an existing member. I’m afraid I am all out.
you can also buy an account for like 5 bucks. It’s a decent blogger site, and good for blowing off steam when you want to rant about something and not annoy the crap out of your friends at the same time.
