I got an e-mail from Lark in the Morning that says they have an opening for a manager in the San Franscisco store. I spent ten hours in there over the course of two days and within a couple of hours, they had me showing the whistles and flutes to other customers. It’s an INCREDIBLY fun store. Just thought someone might be interested in hearing about the opening.
Yes, it’s fun there. I do think one would need
to be a pretty good manager.
Almost made it out of the place with a
flute tucked under my coat, by the way, but I
tripped and
was nearly impaled on a didgereedoo.

Everytime I am in the area I spend a good three or four hours in there, I do it mostly so I can play a Casey Burns flute. I always ask for a tuner to pick out the best generations and other cheap low end whistles, they are very nice about it, although they know next to nothing. I was up there a week ago and my friend said there was a better world music store in Haight Ashbury, he was wrong I was very upset since we didn’t get to go to Lark. Great place though.
Yes, I went to the Haight Ashbury place too and was
dissapointed.
