Was wondering if anyone had the ABC notation or sheet music of ‘Lady Gordon Of Gordonstown’. Its reel and i’ve tried and failed to learn it by ear, so would appreciate any help with sheet music?
The Session.org has a Lady Gordon’s reel- not sure if this is the one you are referring to. There are a couple of other versions in the comments section.
You can find the abc at

Best wishes.
Steve
No, that’s a different tune, Steve.
I can write out the Natalie MacMaster setting - though it sounds like she takes liberties with the William Morrison original.
But och! … It’s going to be a slog on the whistle. It’s a real fiddle tune in CMix that doesn’t fit the key or range of whistle very well IMO.
Here’s Natalie’s, and my guess of what a more “normalized” setting might be (Kenny, Davy, feel free to step in).

And here are a couple of transpositions / foldings that more or less work on whistle.
