Anyone know what the status of this project is?

Per Zina Lee, in an email Feb. 3, 2003. “… the Lynch project is
indefinitely on hold. Kirk has asked us to not raise any monies for
him, because apparently his medical creditors will write off his debt
so long as he hasn’t any money to pay them with! His cancer appears to be in complete remission.” Great news, really!
Now with all the organizational effort that was going into this (I can attest it isn’t easy getting a non-profit org. started), I’m really surprised that it was not diverted into another fundraising project for the non-profit they were starting, so as to perhap benefit other musicians. I offered to continue it through the ITMS, but did not receive any response from Zina.
