Anybody else having problem with this site? In the course of building a set of Scottish smallipes I inquired about a chanter, was told delivery in 1-2 weeks, and ordered it. Two weeks later inquired again and was told it wasn’t even in stock yet (though they had already charged my credit card for the full amount!). It would, I was assured, be ready to ship “by the middle of next week.” Three weeks after that date I inquired again, and have yet to hear anything from them.
Anybody else having such a problem would indicate a pattern, which would be nice to know of before some other unsuspecting soul ordered anything from them.

I just read on the BD forums that Greig Sharp just passed away. Thats probably why you have not heard back from them. Hope this helps

I’m sorry to hear that!

I visted the shop in 2007 and he seemed to be OK then.

I have heard talk of Kintail shutting down for over a year but still his death comes as a surprise.
