King Street Session Tunebook - about 1000 tunes - Anyone int

Hey all-

I got a copy of a collection from a friend, entitled the “King Street Session Tunebook”.

This tunebook has around 1000 tunes, including airs, strathspreys, reels, hornpipes, polkas, jigs (Single, slip, double), and a couple other categories that I can’t think of at the moment.

While I am in the process of scanning the book for addition on a personal website that I am working on, I would be happy to make copies available to members of the board.

The last time I made a single copy of the entire book it cost me about $37 US. It weighs about 2 or 3 pounds, is spiral bound, and has a “leather” back cover and a clear plastic front cover.

If there is a lot of interest, I can probably get a bulk copy discount. Price to everyone would be just the copy cost per book, and the shipping cost.

Let me know who might be interested, and I’ll find out what exact shipping costs and copy costs would come out to per person.

Edit: There is a disclaimer in the front that makes this a freely distributable book, so there are no copyright issues, and I’m not cutting anyone out of anything.

Is the format/type/quality, etc. consistent throughout? And could you post a representative sample page or 2? Thanks.

And perhaps a copy of the index/table of contents?

Count me in! I would be happy to exchange a whistle or send you a money order, just let me know how much and when!

Thanks,
