The keying looks neat, but Eb isn’t exactly the most sought after key in existance. Sure, it’s great for those mythical Eb sessions of urban legend, and not shabby for playing alone.
Jubilee Music could most likely set one up with some keys on whistles in more useful keys though.
Still, I have to admit, it sure looks cool.
That’s an awful lot of money being asked and VERY little information given. What is the material of the whistle, what kind of wood is the box? Is the whistle playable and in tune? What is the condition of the instrument as far as dings and scratches? What notes do the keys provide? What is the history of the item?
Best of luck to the seller on the sale, but I would need a lot more information before I offered more than $10 for it.
Plus they havwe never sold any thing before (0 feedback) only one picture. It cries out scam if you ask me. Plus they ended it earlier, someone is on to them.
The keys are in the right place but Eb? hmmm.
Eb works with Bb - It sounds like an early marching band instrument but I wonder about the fipple. It might be a converted flute.
