Is on foto no. 4 a Hennelly-set (NOT the “ribbon-style”)?
Looks like the work of M. Egan there. Chanter could be from a different maker.

He came into our class at a summer school - drumshambo?- and made a reed from scratch in 5 minutes that worked pretty well. He also showed us a double chanter that looked fascinating but didn’t sound very nice. His flute playing is seriously loud.
