In another thread, Phil let those of us looking for the songbird know that he was assured that production would begin yesterday, 4/19/2006. He also said that with all luck, they will be in stock at the end of the month. Hope this helps.

I was in the factory yesterday and they were cutting up tube and starting the machining process.They assured me they would be done by the end of next week…so end of April it is.
There will be 50 fixed and 50 tunables.
I get emails from the USA all the time saying they can’t find kerry Songbirds in the shops there.
