My wife just telephoned me at work an let me know that she was able to put money down on a new house we’ve been looking at!!
It’s about 2500 square feet, two level, finished basement in a great neighborhood!
Man I’m excited!
It’s been a one-owner (nice little old lady) and she only wants $150k for it…she refused to sell to anyone but a young family…what luck for us!
She’s even throwing in all the appliances!
Don’t ever let anyone tell you that hard work doesn’t pay off!!
