For those of us in Scotland – unless you’re very keen ! Not sure how much this has been advertised, but “Cherish The Ladies” are playing in Brechin, some 40 miles south of Aberdeen this coming Saturday 20th. Also, Joannie Madden is doing a whistle masterclass at 3.30pm. Their concert at night will be followed by a session.

PS – that first sentence reads a bit odd. What I meant is that anyone coming to this from outside Scotland would be very keen to have travelled all that distance.
They had three highland dates over the past couple of weeks that I managed to miss completely - part of the Blas festival. Brechin is just too much of a long haul for an evening - and I live in Scotland and am also reasonably keen
