By Royal Ascent, June 24, 2004, in the Province of Ontario, Canada; March 17th is now known as Irish Heritage Day. But alas no paid holiday announcement…darn!
Now to make it a national holiday! It is a provincial holiday in Newfoundland and Labrador.
Anyways it’s a start and maybe just maybe an excuse to celebrate…as if I need one!
