Enough booze left for a slow Gin and Tonicky kind of afternoon and then the dreaded return to work tomorrow.

Will you be having ice in that gin and tonic? There is a big piece in my heart here, at going back to an office where there is a stalled ox, and hatred therewith. I have enjoyed my dinner of herbs where love is, and must now preside over the warring bastards and tender lambs.

Welll, my cousin in Dublin informed me most of them had the entire week or two off, returning on Jan 3. I’m in the wrong country. I had two 3 day weekends during the season and was glad to get them.
Not that I’m begrudging you your time off.

I had two long weekends off with a wednesday and thursday sitting in the middle of it all,
And now I have one lemon and no Gin…
