I’m not familiar enough with Alba whistles to know what models they are, but they both appear to have the official Alba emblem.

the bottom pic looks like an original type Alba with the round mouth piece. The other one is an Alba SE (square end), they were mentioned on Gaelic Crossings. I’d say they’re both genuine. If in doubt contact Stacey at www.albawhistles.com

The top one may be an SE, but if so, it doesn’t look like a tuneable. The SE I have stting on my desk has got a pretty significant knurled collar for the tuning slide. The fipple end is also a bit different. Perhaps an early model?
Personally, I love the fact where the seller admits they got the whistle for nothing (gift), but they’re selling it with a buy price higher than current retail. 
(GC is selling the SE for $110)
