Is there any Irish folk song called "Can you hear me"?

I recorded a song using my cell in a local event, the song keeps repeating “Can you hear me”, I asked around who can identify the song’s name but no one knows it, a music guy said it sounds like Irish style or Celtic style.

Do anyone have any idea?

Many thanks.

Could it be:

from this album:

or, the lyrics form part of the chorus (repeated) in Tommy Sand’s song, here as performed by the group Danu.

Hi Kevin

County Down a snippet of the song sung by the Sands family at the festival the song was written for.

Full song sung by Arcannadh

David

That’s the one I’m thinking of. It’s also on the CD called “Legacy” by The Dunne Family.

wonder if this could be folkised

One idea could be to post the sound file from your cell phone here if none of the guys above have found the right song yet

Thank you David, County down is the one I have been looking for for more than a year

You must not visit often. Davy & I answered this 15 months ago - so sorry you’ve gone without for so long.
