There’s an oppertunity for an Irish musician to go and play in a celtic suppoters bar in Salou, Spain. The work will begin on May 8th 2006, It’s good craic, good pay (90-120 euros/night) and conditions, 6 or 7 nights a week depending if you want a night off. Possibility of joining an existing, working, traveling band. You must be able to play guitar and sing. If you play other instruments that’s a bonus. You must have a good knowledge of Irish music like ballads and also be able to sing other songs as the crowd will make requests and it helps to know some. You must not have any ties at home as you will need to stay for at least 4-5 months and possibly move on to another resort if with the band.
