Introducing Myself Part 2

Hi i’m yet another new user to the forum, and also a beginner, i just recently came back from holiday and whilst i was there seen a guy playing a whistle in a band and was totally captivated by it, iv’e spent a few days since coming back searching the internet for information on whistles and where to obtain them from. Being in the UK i unfortunately found it hard to find any local dealers.

Though my searches proved succesful and are going to order a Feadog whistle tommmorow i just hope it’s one of the MKIII models.

Not as though my first steps into whistledom will complement it even if it is though :Þ

Welcome, Craig! My first whistle was a Feadog…nothing fancy but I learned on it and I loved it until I came down with the dreaded WHOA. Enjoy. Gm

Welcome! I also started on a feadog. It’s a MKII but I still like it.

Add another “Welcome” to the mix, along with another who started wit a Feadog!

Thanks guys, i rang the stores to order that feadog today only to find they dont sell to the general public and only to shops.

So i went down to the local music shop and i was surprised to see they had some it was a choice between a generation and a Clarke sweetone, went for the sweetone in a D, unfortunatley there was no black ones left apart from in a C, so a red D it was.

Yor welcomes are appreciated
