Yes, IN-teg-ral is about calculus, and in-TEG-ral is about integrity, although eventually perhaps there could be some common ground to all of that.

Naw, just go to the dentist. They can use one of them ultrasonic cleaners on calculus. It’s an integral part of their practice.
As a noun, stress the first syllable:
