Do people with Tourette Syndrome burst out in innapropriate musical phrases during songs? During a a quiet choral section of music, do they burst out in a FF d minor scale, or a few bars of circus music?

-At work one day a customer wished me a good day and then made a quiet, pre-emptive apology for something about to occur. I didn’t get it until
he burst into a torrent of Tourette’s yelling. I felt bad realizing how much energy he requires to deal with it all the time. The guy was no slouch in manners or intelligence.
Don’t know but it sounds like a reasonable excuse when I screw up.the tune…
