i remember watching rainbow as a kid. my hero was(is) zippy! hence my avatar!
the innuendo was so blatant that it went unnoticed for about 2 decades!
mums just used to plank kids down in front of the goggle box and let them wtch it while thay went about their business!

It’s real, but it was never broadcast.
It is one of the silly sketches that TV company staff used to make for themselves.
There were many such spoofs until the TV companies put a stop to them when home video recorders became popular.
They were afraid of leaks, and you can see why.
