In St. Louis.

It was a mighty weekend in ‘the Lou’ and l had the awesome pleasure of meeting old piping friends Gary White and Cathleen Cavanaugh (sp?), friends l haven’t seen in over 5 years but l also met face to face with Kathy Wilde (sp?), as enjoyable and lovely a person online as she is in person. I wish only the very besht to my friends. Be well and healthy!!! =)

… oh, and miss Wilde, lovely piping and fluting.

Great seeing, you, too, Joseph… what a nice surprise! You really have a lovely voice… keep it going on.

Joe, it was such a treat to meet one of my favorite online folk in person. The pleasure was mine! I just wish we could have visited more, and stayed for your set. Will you be playing at McGurk’s next weekend? I have some friends coming down for the convention and I’ll sic them on … er, send them your way.

You holler if you need anything, OK? We’re just up the road in ol’ KY.

As for Kathleen, Bill, Dean, Gary, Autumn, Mike Mullins (who puts on a truly class event) and the rest of ye pioby louts …

P.S. Michael Cooney’s Coyne C# set should be classified as an illegal narcotic substance.

Cooney’s C# is outrageous!!! AMAZING!

Wish I’d been able to stay after the Thurs/Fri reedmaking sessions, but Kathleen, Cathy, et al, I had loads of fun meeting (and whittling/sanding/fussing with) you all!

Yes, Saturday is our last evening until July.
