I recently posted regarding my friend battling breast cancer… I wanted to take this moment to thank those of you who offered song ideas. My heart is very saddened to say that my dear friend passed away Thursday, leaving behind her two children and husband. Though it brings sorrow to those of us left behind, I can only be grateful that she is no longer in pain. I didn’t have a chance to gift her with the song I wanted to, but I recorded a brief snippet of Auld Lang Syne this afternoon and held her in my heart. I wanted to share it with all of you…
Tonight, and all the days to come, hold your loved ones close…let them know how much you care for them. Our time together is so limited, in the grand scheme of things.
