I have bought a few cheap flutes on impulse buys most of which were cheap crap so I decided I will have another go at the chep ones on ebay it was a harddesicionbut I chose the right one this flute for the price was incredible so by now everyone reading this is like “what is it?” the maker is one of our own it is Doug Tipple’s I am very impressed with th quality and have to say it is a great but. I also just went out and bought a case for it I bought a gun case and the Flute barley fits it is a two piece so the body (8-Hole) barley fits. 
I’ve had a couple of Doug’s flutes. My latest is his 3-piece D and I like it very much. I think they’re a great deal.
