Charlene and I went to see this film last night:
The director is the son of one of my patients, and we were quite impressed. The movie really puts the issue of gay marriage in sharp focus-- issues of inheritance, rights of hospital visitation, partnerships, etc. All done on a VERY human scale.
The film has received much critical acclaim, but is unfortunately not widely distributed. Still, it IS in theatres in some locations, so look for it. Coming in DVD soon too.
