I’m completely a victim of whistle acquisition disorder. Anyhow. I’m thinking about getting either a burke D or a o’brian rover in delrin.
Does anyone have any input about these two? I like the sound of the burke, but the portability of the rover… also, I have a rover in olivewood I really enjoy.
They’re both about the same price new… really having a hard time coming to a conclusion!

Both are good whistles. You’ve already got a Rover. The delrin Rover probably won’t sound any different but it would be more environment resistant. The Burke would be another voice and a completely new experience.

I loved my O’Brien Rover in delrin… kept it a lot longer and played it a lot more than any Burke I’ve owned.
It’s a whistle you already love without the maintenance…
