I need to buy a new whistle or something

oh wait…is that OFF topic?? I’ve been so good since we opened the pub. I’ve not had an off topic topic in quite some time
But anyway, I got money for my birthday and I’m thinking I should buy a whistle. Any suggestions? Come on…I’m bored here. Humor me, please??? :stuck_out_tongue:

A Gerry-tweaked Generation red top Eb…

Believe me,there’s nothing finer for playing solo.

Slan,
D.

You know, I don’t even have a regular Generation red top, let alone a Jerry tweaked one. That’s one to think about…thanks D

Except a Jerry Freeman-tweaked Shaw C, of course.

If you all are just going to confuse me, maybe I’ll just go get some new shoes instead :stuck_out_tongue:

I want some but my feet are entirely too big.

I want some of these:

Birkies</a](http://www.veganstore.com/index-store.html?deptid=17102&parentid=24&stocknumber=321-BK%20%20%20%2036N[W5]&page=1&itemsperpage=12">Birkies</a)>
Although I tend to think that if I wear them, people will start giving me patchouli.
So anyway, some of those or some kind of strappy sandals that are really cute.

I found some really pretty hemp sandals, the kind with the ‘toe hole’, on eBay a couple weeks ago. But they had to ship from India, so I didn’t buy them. They were pretty, though.

Cool…I think I’m going to do a search now on eBay. I’d love to see them. Hemp is such a cool material. I love that it’s natural and not some man made garbage. I’m too “granola” for my own good, I think :stuck_out_tongue:

I’m quite ‘granola’, too! :stuck_out_tongue:

Hey cran, check these out:

Hemp](http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=63889&item=5310693811&rd=1&ssPageName=WD1V%22%3EHemp) Sandals

I LOVE them!!! They’re really pretty, plus they’re made from organic materials!!!

If only I had size 7 feet! :stuck_out_tongue:

So these vegan shoes are for vegetarians to eat? what next?

Birks are great; they’re about the only brand of shoes I wear. I wish other shoe companies would make shoes that are actually shaped like human feet. Why is that so difficult?

sigh

I’ve market tested this, and it’s true. If I list two different whistles on eBay at the $36.50 price (say, tweaked Shaws and tweaked Generations), total sales go DOWN.

Best wishes,
Jerry

well, i guess that depends on how much cash you got.

go for a copeland. lowd.

sorry to go back on on-topic in this off-topic thread..

I think you need a new whistle, and new clothes, and new shoes. I will help you spend your money if you need assistance.

One word: Thrift stores!

Well, three words. :stuck_out_tongue:

Well, I would have asked you, but along with my new Sweetheart (now that’s two…so I have a husband, and two Sweethearts! ) I found a pair of Birks on Ebay for really cheap. So I got a new whistle AND new shoes!

Oooooh, I love, love, love, love my Birkies. I’m embarrassed to say how many pairs I have, but it’s not enough. They really do have some cute styles. I’ve never once had anyone offer me patchouli, but I have gotten quite the reputation at work. Everyone always has to check out my feet to see what I’m wearing. So, of course, that means I have to keep getting new pairs. Sigh.
