Its pretty simple and its a tasty drink.

Very traditional.
You can make a lot of it too for very little.
Out here you can just go to the store and buy it though.

Real tamales are a lot of work.
You might want to try to make Mole. (Mo-Lay)
National Dish of Mexico.
A sauce basically of chocolate, chili, pumpkin seeds and other spices.
Over turkey is VERY Mexican.
Plenty of resources on the net for that.

Mmmm…cocoa sounds like a good thing. It would be easier to transport than something a bit more sloppy, and I tend to think it will be very popular
