I fully agree that whistles as we know them are the most beautiful instrument on the earth. I take that perspective because over the years I have become a Luddite, pursuing the philosophy of simplicity in everyday life.

Whistles offer that simplicity of design and use with what seems the expanding universe of possibilities as to what you can play on them.
