I was at the Irish Heather pub in Vancouver BC, Canada tonight and heard a band consisting of the pipes, fiddle, mandolin, guitar, whistles etc play two songs I just fell in love with, A pair of brown eyes and I’m a man you don’t meet every day.

These two guys do a pretty good job of the songs but no where near do justice to what a fiddle, whistle, uilleann pipes and a guitar can do with the songs.

Ah, I was hoping you had recorded a bit of their set from the pub, didn’t realize it was random people from YouTube…

A Pair of Brown Eyes is a fantastic track, but then again, I have every Pogues album and love all of their material! :smiley:

Funny name for a pub, “Irish Heather”, I wonder if the owner is both Irish and Scottish?
