That’s a McHaffie… haven’t seen one of those in years.

Yep, John McHaffie made that one. I have a C/D set like that one. John posts here from time to time. It was the first whistle I remember that had an adjustable mouthpiece for quiet playing. I think I bought mine new in about 2000-2001. What do you think of it?

Thanks for the info–I like it pretty well. Nicely tuned, medium loud. There’s a duskiness to the low notes I’m deciding whether I like or not. The midrange notes are definitely the best ones. Maybe later I’ll put up a sound clip.
