I have promised several people that if the presidential candidate I favor wins the upcoming election, I will LITERALLY dance in the street. As a whistlemaker and player, I think it’s appropriate that I accompany my dance with a tune or two. Trouble is that I can’t think of any really appropriate tunes… apart from the obvious “Hail To The Chief”, does anyone have any good suggestions?
“The Bush on The Hill”? “Johnny the Jumper?”
Pity Clinton’s not running, you could’ve played “The Little Swallow.”
But I suppose depending who wins, it could be “Banish Misfortune” or “The Swaggering Jig”. 
Anything, as long as it’s not “The Old Bush”. Isn’t there a Kerry jig or something?

Hmm.. when I get home I’m going to have to try that one out on the whistle.
