how to find a current phone or email info

Sometimes I find that during the waiting time someone changed email adress and when I contact with my info I cannot reach them anymore. In the past I mostly managed to find a phone number via an international directory but today I am trying to find a phone or email info of someone and always without exception cannot manage to find a directory that is not free of charge? The whitepages or other directories I have tried without exception go to Intelius People Search and are not free??? Is there any free phone directory for Hayward California in which I could look and possibly find someone? Any information on this would be greatly appreciated,.

I think it only does that when it can’t otherwise find the person in its database.
I just put my own name and zipcode in, and it came up with my name and
phone number, no problem.

I had started to wonder if my ip adress triggers it as I am not in the us but in the eu but then that would not make sense at all…

I do. They sneak 'em in as “other hits”. If I put in “Dwezil Zappa” in
my zipcode, I get a “0 results” box, a “Did you mean…” box, and then
“More records for Dwezil Zappa:” followed by a list of names with
city, state, etc. Those links go to USsearch.com, which is a charge-
per-search service.

Brigitte, have you tried expanding the search to all of California, or using
only the first letter of the first name? Sometimes people, especially women
living alone, have only their first initials and last name listed so people can’t
just cold call them and pretend to know them.

The other thing I wonder now after this one is that it might have been a complete move with address etc so that I cannot find him with what I have besides the old email.
