I would like to post a picture by my name. How do I do it? 
Click on āProfileā at the top right of the screen. Thatāll show you all the info about yourself. If you scroll down the page, youāll see the Avatar section.
There is a āProfileā icon on the upper right section of the page. At the bottom of the page that opens when you click on it is an āAvstar Control Panelā

After I decided on mine it took me several tries on paint to shrink it to the right size.
