I have been playing music on one instrument or the other since I was young-playing on something whenever I could get my hands on an instrument. Think my first was a flutophone (shows how old I am!), to a toy trumpet, to Sousaphone in school band, to guitar, harmonica etc, etc. I stuck with guitar most all of my life, and have appreciated instrumental music of all kinds for a long time, along with most acoustic music. One of my loves, though I only had one for a short time (cello), brought me eventually to hearing a recording of cello along with the first enchanting low whistle that I noticed-and I was hooked!
