Hoovers

Hello Everybody!
My sister is starting to mess around with the whistle. She has a Clarke Original, but I think she would be able to play better on a nicer whistle. So, what does everybody have to say about Hoovers? I know the PVC’s are $30, and the Traditional and Narrow bore whistles are $50. But which one is better? Are they both worth the money? Are either of them worth the money? Any comments are welcome. Thanks in advance!

I searched the forum and found these threads. I think you will find a very positive spin on both Mr. Hoover and his whistles (of all materials) in the threads above.

FWIW The Hoover CPVC “wide bore” high F I own is one of my favorite 3 whistles.
