My daughter has grown up with - and loves - her Hoover whistles. All of her herd are D instruments, including the CPVC she appropriated from me. A C whistle would be very useful for her…If you have a good Hoover CPVC tunable C whistle that is gathering dust, please e-mail or PM me.
