Holy Smokes Paul where have I been?!

I had a Paul Busman whistle years ago…one of his early models. I really liked it. And, at the time, thought (and said) that Paul was nipping at the heels of the giants in the great whistle race. A real up-and-comer I thought.

Well, shortly after that, I had a brief hiatus from my WhOA and plunged straight into the hard stuff…flutes.

Lately I got my hands on a Busman in cocobolo in the key of C. And, as the Undisputed is wont to say, Yikes-a-hootie! :boggle:

This is an amazing piece of work! Absolutely beautiful craftsmanship and tone to die for.

I’m afraid this is going to complicate my life.

Fortuneately he doesn’t make very many keys. But there are an awful lot of different types of wood. Must stop visiting his website.

Maybe if I just get one of those D+ babies I’ll be OK for awhile…WhOA!

Doc

I have played a couple Busmans. The sound wasn’t really to my liking but I agree excellent workmanship.

Looks like we’re in for a looooong night on Thursday, eh?

3 woids for ya!

Its a Busman!
