Has anyone by chance worked out and transcribed how to play Hollow Hills by Davy Spillane from the CD, Celtic Solstice by Paul Winter. See http://open.spotify.com/track/6Z6jnLLvAexsY4OxTIdI46. It’s a gorgeous solo piece for low whistle but even with software to slow it down, I’m really struggling to figure it out.
Can’t really help it but each time I see the title of this thread I think of Mary and Josie Nugent’s ‘Hills and Hollows’. Which, I suspect, has an altogether more feminine aspect.
