Just wanted to drop a note re HMT. Two other shops totally ignored an e-mail information request I sent them. I then called HMT and a very nice woman there talked whistles at legnth, picked out a set for me after trying them out, and called me back at home. HMT got the whistles to me in a couple of days wo a hitch; a favorable experience.
Well, I’m glad you’ve had a good experience. Check out this link below to a conversation here 18 months ago. Personally, I was less than impressed with the service I got at that time. The optimist in me hopes things have truly improved, but time 9 (and anecdotal reports) will tell.
Yeah, I remember all that Jeff, but thought I’d give them a shot and this time they produced and were responsive and nice about it. However, I guess you can only tell when there’s something just a bit difficult about an order or that requires waiting or something that needs that bit extra. I’ve only dealt with them a few times over the years with no problems and on simple items.
