Does anyone have the dots for Highland Cathedral? I love this tune, it’s often played by pipebands and although I can kind of play it by ear, I would like to have the dots to see if I’m doing ok.
Send me your email via PM amd I will send the Pipe music - it is in D and shows the doublings, but will give you a pretty good idea. I too love this tune. If you want the midi, I can pass that on as well.

Playing the tune by the music Ian sends you on an Eb whistle will allow you play along with any recordings of pipe bands playing the tune. (Shameless plug… there is a lovely rendition on my pipe band’s CD). Just don’t forget to flatten the 7th.
If you transpose it to G, you can do likewise with a Bb whistle (luckily there is no 7th below the tonic in this pipe tune).

Thanks guys! Unfortunatly I just sold my Eb ( it was part of a Susato D C Eb pack ). But I’m going to get me a cheapy, so I can already start playing along.
