Does anybody here know Hendrik? I paid a deposit for a set of drones and a bag with him back in 2021, and he said it would be 6 months to a year wait time. I haven’t heard from him since, so I started messaging him back in April of this year but he hasn’t responded. Many emails, instagram messages, but no response. Any advice? At this point I would like a refund, though I know there’s nothing I can really do.
Hendrik is a good guy. His pipes are wonderful both in terms of craftsmanship and sound. I’ve never had any problems with him. Maybe your emails ended up in his spam folder. Just call him. His number is on his website.
Hendrik has moved to a new home and workshop since 2021, I don’t know if maybe his email address has changed, too.
I just spoke to him two days ago, and yes, he definitely IS a good guy!

Hendrik is now a top maker, with a long growing list (and pro pipers in it, too). He was recently father and moved (constructed, really) to a new farmhouse and workshop. Relax, I really think your mail went to spam folder. He is a professional and your set will be as wonderful as mine
