Help trying to find PSA video on internet

I’ve just spent a 1/2 hour trying to find an old PSA (Public Service Announcement, a USA government TV commercial) from the 70’s. I’ve Googled, Bing-ed and Youtubed to no avail.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

The video starts with a bunch of teenagers discovering a car with the windows open and the keys in the ignition.

The dialog goes something like:

“A car!”

“The keys!”

“Let’s take a ride (drive?)!”

Does anyone here remember this commercial?

Any additional information you can provide about what you remember of the commercial would be appreciated.

A link to the actual video will earn you most-favored status of the year!

Please help,
Aldon

I have no idea, but ya never know. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dhZ4Vebfi4I

Thanks for the reply. Although I did enjoy the video (I haven’t seen this one before,) it’s not the one I’m looking for.

I’m looking for a much shorter 30-60 second commercial. The tenor of the video was an exact match though.

Here’s why I’m searching:

-I use the dialog I quoted in the original post more regularly than a ‘normal’ person would because I found it funny way back then and still find it funny now.

-Mrs. LimuHead has heard me parroting this bit of the commercial for more than 20 years but has never seen the commercial herself and I would really LOVE for her to see it.

-I don’t remember anything else about the commercial, like the opening scene or even how it ended and I’d really like to know.

Thanks for the input!

Haven’t found it yet, but found a reference to it not being just your imagination:

“Hey, they left their keys in the car. Let’s go for a riiiiide!”
