HELP PLEASE-are these the same?

Hello, I’m sorry if this subject has come up before, I did do a quick search.

Basically I’d like to know is there any difference between the ‘Penny Whistle for Beginners Book + CD’, (which also comes with a Tin Whistle MEG) and the ‘Clarke Tin Whistle Tutor Handbook and CD’

I recently bought the ‘Clarke Tin whistle tutor handbook’ really cheap as a used item but I didn’t realise it didn’t come with the CD!

Anyway If the ‘Penny Whistle for Beginners book’ is the same then that would be cool because I can get the Clarke Meg with it.

I’d say get the first set, or the second one if you already have a D whistle (any brand will work)
