Ok. I saw a very cool 3pc Celtic group on a TV special called “Celtic Tides.” They were three old/older men who sang, and one played the Doumbek (?), and one played the Fiddle.
I know their name had something with Old Dogs, or Blind Dogs, or something similar in it… however the only thing my searches came up with was a 5pc group that was waaaay too young, and definetly not the group I’m thinking of…
Anyone know who I’m thinking of??
Well, Old Blind Dogs did appear on the show…heres a link to a discography of it, maybe it’s one of the other groups?

I believe the original lineup of Old Blind Dogs was a trio, with at least a couple of older gents. The current lineup of youngsters has been together for a few years, I think.

I just found out that Old Blind Dogs is kicking off the latest tour with a show in Minneapolis. February 28 at the Cedar Cultural center. Anyone in the neighborhood planning on going?
